Making A Purchase

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Maestro. We do not accept Diners Club or American Express.
Shipping And Handling

1st Class Recorded Delivery - Replacement Brush Heads or Accessories - £1.95

All replacement heads and out of warranty spare parts including all dental accessories are sent out via Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery with the following weight guidelines:

0 - 250 grams - £1.95

251 - 500 grams - £2.95

501 - 750 grams - £4.95

All orders are sent out on the next working day from when you placed your order. If after 3-5 days you have not received your goods please contact us so we can give you the Royal Mail Recorded Tracking Reference number.

This can be used on the www.royalmail.com website within the 'Track a parcel' section or at your local post office counter to see if they are holding the parcel awaiting your collection.

Goods held at Post Office counters awaiting collections are only held for upto 5-7 days approx,when they will be returned to sender, after this time all returned parcels will then have to pay the despatch cost again to have them resent.

Please remember that Royal Mail does not guarantee delivery. They will not officially confirm that a parcel is lost until 15 working days after despatch. Only after they have agreed to process an insurance claim can we send out a replacement order FOC.

1st Class Recorded Delivery - Toothbrushes - £4.95

All toothbrushes requested by customers to be sent out via Royal Mail 1st Class 'Recorded' with proof of delivery service are subject to the same Royal Mail terms detailed above and with the following weight guidelines:

0 - 750 grams - £4.95

751 - 1000 grams - £5.95

1001 - 2000 grams - £6.95

Royal Mail usually delivered within 3-5 days, but as above, please remember that Royal Mail does not guarantee delivery. If they have not posted any information on their web site, there is no way to get any information from Royal Mail Customer Services. It can take upto 15 working after despatch before they agree that your parcel has been lost and only then will they allow us to make an insurance claim so we can resend a replacement order FOC.

We strongly recommend that you use the ANC Next Day service for £6.95 if you require guaranteed delivery to avoid any delivery problems with Royal Mail.

Please contact us if you do not receive your parcel after 48 hours so we can give you your Recorded parcel tracking reference number.

ANC Next Day Delivery - £6.95

We strongly recommend that you use this service if you require guaranteed delivery to avoid any problems with Royal Mail.

The £6.95 will cover any number of toothbrushes with or without extra replacement heads or accessories for this special low fixed rate.

If you require your order to be sent the same day you place your order, Your order MUST be made BEFORE 1pm and you need to call 0845 408 4571 so we can process your order on the same day. If you do not order before 1pm or call us the same day then your order will be processed on the following working day.

ANC Next Day Delivery orders are guaranteed to arrive before 5pm (Mon-Fri, Mainland UK only).

Please note; the ANC £6.95 special rate only covers UK mainland address (see the list of excluded ANC post codes at the foot of this page).

The only way to achieve next day delivery to any of these excluded post codes is to upgrade to the Royal Mail Special Delivery service below which will deliver to all UK Addresses.

Royal Mail Special Delivery - £7.95

Royal Mail Special Delivery orders are guaranteed to arrive before 1pm the next day (Mon-Fri) for upto 99% of the mainland UK (see Royal Mail web site for confirmation on deliveries time). Whilst they don't guarantee delivery by 1pm on Saturdays, usually this is fulfilled if the order is being sent to a home address. Royal Mail Special Delivery has the following weight guidelines:

0 - 1000 grams - £7.95

1001 - 2000 grams - £9.95

ANC Next Day Saturday Delivery Before Noon - Additional £15

ANC Next Day Saturday Delivery Before Noon orders are guaranteed to arrive before noon (Mainland UK only).

If ANC fail to deliver and it is deemed their error, they will deduct the £15 addtional charge and attempt delivery again on the Monday.

If nobody is at the address to sign for the parcel on the Saturday morning, delivery will be attempted again on the Monday but the full £21 will have to be paid.

Please note: ANC only deliver to UK Mainland which does not include the Channel Islands, Isle Of Man, Isle Of White or the Scottish Highlands.

Returns Policy

We want you to be completely happy with everything you buy from Sonicare Direct.

Please make sure that you download a copy of your Sonicare Direct confirmation purchase order receipt and keep safe with a copy of the Netbanx transaction e-mail which they will have e-mailed you on the day of purchase.

This will also be required to confirm your proof/date of purchase from Sonicare Direct in the event that you have to make an "In Warranty" claim in line with the manufacturer 2 year guarantee.

Please note: Unless you have your proof of purchase/Netbanx receipt and send a copy to us with any return, we cannot accept the return.

What if I change my mind ?

That's fine, all our products are covered by our no-quibble 16 day money back guarantee*. Just return the goods at your expense using a secure proof of delivery service with the necessary insurance cover to protect you in the event that your goods are lost in transit. SonicareDirect will not be able to process a refund or exchange without receipt of the goods.

The goods must be unused in their original packaging with your receipt/Netbanx transaction e-mail and we'll refund or exchange them.The refund will exclude the original P&P charge to send them out to you.

What if there is a problem with the product?

Within 28 days:

All Sonicare Toothbrushes come with a 28 day Satisfaction Money Back Guarantee.

Just call us to discuss the problem and we will give you a FREEPOST address label to return the faulty item with your receipt/Netbanx transaction e-mail to us and as soon as we receive the faulty item we will send a replacement.

Please forward all the Netbanx confirmation transaction e-mails you would have received on the day of purchase to our e-mail address; enquiries@sonicaredirect.co.uk.

After 28 days but within 2 years:

You will need to contact Philips Sonicare Customer Services on 08456 010354. They will resolve any claim against their two year manufacturers Guarantee. Please make sure you keep your receipt & Netbanx transaction e-mail safe at all times as Philips will require proof of purchase. Sonicare Direct will not be able to provide searches of it's records to provide confirmation of purchase.

Out Of Warranty (over two years old or rejected by Philips Sonicare):
